Whats up everyone

Just wanted to give a quick update with whats been going on with me. I've been really busy with my academy, seminars and training so its hard to get on the site alot, but i try. I went out to Vegas for Kenny's fight vs Joe Stevenson and went to Chicago to train with Miguel right after. Kenny looked awesome and I was really proud of him and how he followed his gameplan. His after party was at Tao, it was awesome and I was the best dancer there of course. haha Then back to business with Miguel in Chicago. We trained alot and we trained hard. Miguel looks better than i have ever seen him and he'll be winning this fight! I am now back in Vegas since Saturday and Im here to corner Miguel in his WEC title defense. I am also cornering my great friend from the Armory in Florida, Justin Haskins. He is fighting a tough Johnny Hendricks on the main card of this weeks WEC. Make sure you tune into the Versus network on wednesday night Dec 3rd. We are all ready for war. I'll be back in NJ on thursday and back into training full time. MY NEXT FIGHT HAS BEEN SIGNED....

Hey everyone

Just wanted to give everyone an update on whats been going on with me and with my new academy. After a nice rest I am back to training full time. I took some time off, put some hard work into the new academy, bought a new house, and spending some quality time with my wife and my little girl, Priscilla. Thats one thing about fighting, I feel like I miss out so much on my family. My daughter is 18 months now, so when Im not training I make sure I spend almost all my time with my daughter and my wife. Man, its good to be me today. Im just feeling so greatful that I was able to put on the performance I did. I knew the fight would be a war. I knew Thiago was a tough opponant and I was nervous. I was nervous. I knew I had prepared all I could for this fight and I just hoped I would go out there and show it. I knew this match was a "loser leaves town" kinda match and I knew it was a must win. It was frustrating too, because I knew what a good fighter I am, but it seemed I could never show it for some reason. Im just so happy that I trained smart and went out there and performed like I knew I always could. I wasnt giving up on myself and everything clicked for me out there. I felt great and its only going to get better from here on out. (CONT..)
